GENERAL RULES

Official symposium general rules and compliance criteria for all participants.

  • Online registration is mandatory for all participating teams prior to the closing deadline (18 September 2026).
  • Registration for DRAKEN'26 is completely free; no registration or entry fees are required.
  • Official registration IDs generated upon form submission must be presented at the venue on event day.
  • Each team must consist of exactly 2 registered members from any recognized engineering institution.
  • Both team members must be present during event proceedings and active round participation.
  • Participants must carry their valid College Identity Cards for verification.
  • Teams should report to the designated venue 15–30 minutes before their scheduled event slot.
  • Late arrivals or unexcused delays may result in forfeiture of presentation slots.
  • Adherence to allotted event durations (presentation time, demo time, mini-game time) is strictly enforced.
  • All events will be judged based on predefined technical and creative evaluation metrics.
  • Decisions made by the panel of judges and event coordinators are final and binding.
  • No appeals or arguments regarding evaluation scoring will be entertained.
  • All papers, projects, ideas, and media submitted must be original work created by the team.
  • Plagiarism, misconduct, or disruptive behavior will cause immediate disqualification.
  • Participants must maintain professional decorum, respect college property, and preserve discipline throughout the symposium.
